Mutating Mikeyy Hits Twitter - Protect Yourself By Following These Steps:

First off, if you’re using Tweetizen to tweet, you’re SAFE. If you’re reading this and your twitter account has been compromised, you can do the following to help protect yourself:

1) Go to your account settings on twitter.
2) Update your Name, your website URL and your 140 character intro and hit ‘Save‘
3) Click the Password tab and change your password. Click ‘Change‘.
4) LOG OUT and do not log back in until twitter addresses the new worm and fixes it. if you’re hardcore like me and want to keep track of every tweet, then log on to Tweetizen and create a group that tracks Mikeyy’s progress (example: http://www.tweetizen.com/trends/Mikeyy)

This seems to be a XSS attack - where if you were logged into your twitter account and visited Mickeyy’s stalkdaily website, you were automatically infected by the worm. And since this worm seems to be self-mutating, it’s spreading to all your followers by sending them unknowingly to stalkdaily via a url shortener link.

If you see tweets saying that the worm has been fixed and it’s safe to login to twitter again, please first check the official Twitter status page for confirmation that Twitter has indeed fixed the holes.

And finally, if you see any of these messages with a URL, do not click on them:
