Pallian News and Updates

updatesIt’s been more than a month since my last blog post and you know what that means - another new twitter app is on its way! We’ve got an exciting cool app launching next week, something very different and awesome all at the same time. I don’t want to reveal too much at the moment, but keep an eye on my tweets the next few days for hints.

We’ve also made a ton of upgrades to Chart.ly since launch - mainly, the capability to now create your own charts inside chart.ly and upload a chart via a mobile device. We’ve also added currency charting capabilities! The code base is much more stable now and we’ve made it easier to find and navigate through charts. And in the past 4 weeks, since launch, over 3000 charts have been uploaded and tweeted, with an average of 150 charts uploaded a day.

And on Tweetizen, over a 1000 websites have embedded tweetizen widgets with more than 5000 twitter groups created. Matthew Tommasi (@matthewtommasi) did a great job writing up a detailed how-to guide for Tweetizen: Filter tweets and create groups with Tweetizen… and our friend Andrew Warner of Mixergy.com has done an awesome job conducting live interactive interviews using tweetizen: http://blog.mixergy.com/live/. If you currently own a blog or a website, give tweetizen a try. You can read all about how it benefits your site HERE.

I’m also going to be at the 140conf in NYC June 16-17th… if you’re town, come by and say hi. I’ll be speaking on a panel on twitter apps with Adam Ostrow (@adamostrow), Iain Dodsworth (@iaindodsworth) and Jodee Rich (@WingDude). Should be an interesting panel talking about twitter apps and the road ahead. You can purchase tickets HERE, or get in touch with me for a special discount.

And finally, keep an eye on THIS guy… he’s coming up with some radical new stuff this summer that I’m collaborating with. If you haven’t already added him on twitter - start by clicking here.
